services, processes and applicable requirements evolve.
Recurring Contributions
If ROTA Foundation introduces recurring donation facilities, supporters will be provided with information about how those arrangements can be changed or cancelled.
Third-Party Payment Providers
Where recurring payments are administered through an independent payment provider or financial institution, cancellation may also need to be completed through that provider.
One-Time Donations
A completed one-time donation cannot ordinarily be "cancelled" in the same manner as a future recurring payment. Questions concerning an erroneous transaction should be raised under the Donation Refund Policy.
